4 East Park Road is the left half of the 4+6 East Park doublehome, which combined is one of the largest properties on the street. It was built sometime before 1910, as evidence by its presence on the census, but Zillow incorrectly claims it was built in 1920.

The home is not present on the 1910 census, although this is possibly because the home was integrated at one point, since 6 East Park Road is definitely on the census. R.W. Hays is listed as the resident of 6 on the 1897 Mueller Atlas.
